How to care for your Nixit Menstrual Disc

While on your period, you can remove your Nixit, rinse and reinsert it no problem.

After your period, and before its first use, we recommend sterilising it. This can be done by boiling it for 5 minutes.

Between your periods we recommend storing it in its storage bag and keeping it the box to protect it.
