How to use as a menstrual cup cleanser:

1. For menstrual cup cleaning during your cycle rinse your menstrual cup or disc with cold water
2. Pump Foaming Wash directly the cup
3. Thoroughly clean cup
4. Rinse with warm water

How to use for vulva cleaning:

Use Nixit foaming wash on the external vaginal area only.
